Caring for a loved one at home is hard enough. Same Page Caregiving is here to make it a little lighter.
Our Story
We have had the honor of being called on to help care for my loved ones alongside other family and friends. 11 years ago, we had a peripheral role helping to care for grandparents and elder parents, 7 years ago we were called to help a friend join in primary caregiving for another close friend during her brief but intense journey with cancer, and 3 years ago, my family pulled together to care for my sweet mom until she passed away in 2025. Throughout all of these experiences, we noticed that there were no great tools all in one place to help us stay on the same page.
Caregiver fatigue and burnout is a huge challenge because resources were hard to find, and caregivers are expected to communicate with all the other loved ones, while trying to do their very best caring for their precious loved one while keeping up with all of the other things in their life such as kids and work. We used the tools we could find when caring for my mom, but it created a fire in me to create a tool to make caregiving less burdensome for others. That is why we made Same Page Caregiving.
Our vision is to provide a tool that will decrease caregiver burnout by keeping everyone on the same page regarding their loved one being cared for while at the same time, keeping appointments, schedules, medications and other tasks all in a central place that can be accessed by those on the family caregiving team. There will also be links to videos for certain caregiving tasks as well as lists of resources and groups that we found helpful.
